Can I use this cleanser daily?

Yes, FSA0.45 cleanser can be used twice daily in the morning and in the evening. To use, apply the cleanser in gentle, circular motions to wet face and neck. Rinse with water and tap (not rub) skin dry.

Is it safe to use this cleanser on sensitive skin?

Yes, most people with sensitive skin can use this cleanser safely.
We designed this formula to match the natural pH of the skin (between 4.5 and 5.5) to effectively cleanse both oil and water soluble impurities on the skin’s surface while maintaining its natural pH and barrier function. It has also been tested on sensitive skin under dermatologist supervision as part of clinical RIPT to ensure compatibility with all skin types.

Does this cleanser contain SLS (Sodium lauryl sulfate)?

No, this cleanser is sulfate free (does not contain SLS or SLES). We recommend avoiding SLS in all topical products as it is shown to damage the skin’s acid mantle and disrupt its natural oil production.

Can I use this cleanser with a retinol or retinoid?

Yes, this cleanser can be used with retinol.
However, given the exfoliating properties of both actives (salicylic acid and retinol), it is always recommended to start slow and increase frequency once you establish consistent skin tolerance. To start, limit use to once or twice a week, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, then every night as tolerated.
When using chemical exfoliants such as salicylic acid or retinol, don’t forget to apply sunscreen during the daytime.

Is this cleanser suitable for acne-prone skin?

Yes, exfoliating with a salicylic acid-based cleanser is good for acne-prone skin. Exfoliants like salicylic acid can reduce the appearance of blemishes by removing dead skin cells and combating inflammation.

Does this cleanser remove makeup?

Yes, this cleanser provides gentle exfoliation while removing excess oils and makeup.

When will I start seeing results after using this cleanser?

Everyone’s skin is different but based on clinical testing, it is normal to notice clean and refreshed skin in 1 use and more benefits (skin smoothness) in as little as 1 week.

Is this serum safe to use during pregnancy?
